I can't agree more. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. To be optimized for search engines used to mean one thing, now means making sure you have basic onsite factors in place with lots of quality relevant one way links offiste.
Now in local it is beginning to mean making sure your satisfied customers review you at the social review sites because it is now having an effect on the local algorythim.
People will use search engines for years to come.
Optimizing websites for search engines will have to continue.
So SEO will change what it is, but it will always be "Search Engine Optimization!"

Ha, Ha, What's up with this! Every time I write an amazing article I am lucky to get 3 or 4 sphinns. Taylor sphinn's it and all of a sudden I am a sphinn star!
From now on I am going to pay Taylor to Sphinn all my articles for me. (Unless of course that is against the TOS ;)

The fricken hard part was the time pressure, and the fact that I had never done it before. This was the first thing Jeremy had ever asked me to do, and I wanted to deliver the goods.
Yep, I can never resist a miscellanious girl in any post that I can get away with. In my other career one could never get away with a photo like that. One reason I like this blog so much is that I can put anything I want on it, and no one can stop me. :)
