This is a great article for all bloggers especially. Vanessa provides some good answers for what to do when you want to rank your original content.
Fairly nice article, I really liked the the summary here about avoiding the "SEO in a box" strategy.
Story: Linkbait and Your Reputation
Interesting article. Typos and spelling mistakes aside, the article doesn't provide much insight or answers. Though I do agree that it's very important (especially for new bloggers) to not bite off more than you can chew.
When I first saw this article's headline I thought it would be just another copy of what users already know about getting friends on Twitter, after reading throught he article I will say that this really was a grea article.
A great read if you are interested in doing a little work to expand your Twitter profile.
How is this anything that isn't obvious (or hasn't already been posted 2042329 times before somewhere else)? I love Search Engine Land - without a doubt - but this article is clearly just garbage to fill an empty plate.
Story: What do Avatars Mean to Us
This is just what I needed to read this morning, thanks 4cdawgs. I'm in the process of putting together my own online community and was on the fence with the use of avatars on the site.
In response to your question about opening a lemonade stand peterleshaw: depends on what city I'm opening it in. /humor
I'm a much worse Sphinner than you AutomotiveSEO. That's an honor I will take to my grave.
That's a big number. Just goes to prove how great Ryan is at what he does.
That's aweful Kalena. They actually had the nerve to call you back immediately after the frist hangup? Pathetic. At least you know how to make their calls worth their time, haha.
While some of the points made in this article are still mine, the article is almost a month old now and quite a few things have changed. I've also become more involved with Sphinn once again and can see that the state of Sphinn is drastically changing.
Long live Sphinn. ;)
Hmm, interesting. While I don't agree with LilRascal's comment about "goatse", it pretty much sucks.
Not exactly acurate with all of your information, and every thing mentioned in the article has already been mentioned hundreds of times by every SEO website in the world.
Great article - a must read for anyone with flucuating subscriber numbers. Lately my subscribers number has been on the fritz, hopefully some of these techniques will help settle it down (and by down I mean up).
I don't understand why tanyc01 has become the topic of discussion here, did I miss something?
