"What I mean is that the same person writing the ads should probably be involved in the landing page and the offer itself."
That seems to me to be the writer who wrote the site, not the ppc account manager.
Now when are they going to release this kind of data for thge analytics information I shared with them?
good post
whats WF? and how do you think the post will be modified?
i'm not connected to the guy that wrote that post, a friend sent it to me and i thought it was sorta funny.
@thirstypony i wish i went to college sometimes (not really but it worked for humorous effect)
@doshdosh This report studies the number of links URLs get once they make the front page, not "if" they got to the homepage. To me, all the "vast amount of frontpage crap" is proof that it is no longer a challenge to "make" something go popular, what is imporatant is what happens after that. Notice how many links that crap content gets vs the good stuff. and yes, the data collection will be outlined.
@mariosalexandrou i gave brendan an expanded sneak peak of some more of the data in the forthcoming report.
yeah i haven't needed it beyond this so much recently, what with google docs.
@northrock thats awesome, it would be even awesomer to have access to the api for coding.
thanks for the compliment lee, though i'm jealous you had the tool so long, what do you think of it?
thanks for reviewing votrs Brent, I'm working on an optional login system where you can use your avatar and a custom background as well as have some tracking of your stories. I'd love to hear people's other ideas.
tor and vidalia are nice, especially with the firefox plugins, but wicked wicked slow
actually i believe the slogan was "don't be evil" not "do no evil", which is totally different.
igor, thats a good call and i'm always the text email proponent every chance i get.

Story: Who should be writing PPC ads, copywriters or PPC account managers?
