I'd say most of these go without saying and can be figured out with common sense but nevertheless a good post.
Don't know whether I agree with this or not. I mean, either the sites coverts better than the previous one or it doesn't. I would rather lean towars taking a look at this list to see how you can potentially make an already decently performing landing page better by optmizing it slightly with these steps. Most of these are relatively minor though.

Everytime I see a "marketing effort" like that in this day and age I become equally as surprised every time.
