I take full credit for Ask going back to the "jeeves" model.    Thats right, FULL CREDIT.  This is a very proud day for the omnipotent Asksucks.com community.  We have been dedicated to honoring the memory of Jeeves and if possible to bring him back his frozen body.  It hasnt been easy with Ask storm troopers chasing us but it has been well worth it.  Our scientists are still working on unfreezing Jeeves but at least his style of answering questions is back.  All hail Jeeves. :)

talking to ted hurts my head and yet i always beg him to chat with me about what he thinks is going on.  he is one of the few people that are truly solid and not full of hot air.

based on my personal experience there is proportionally little website traffic generated from a superbowl ad.  i am not saying there is no traffic but for the price and scale we are talking about it is low.  you would think that showing a url to 100 million people would generate at least six figures of visitors but from my personal experience it does not.  i was involved with a beer company that ran a superbowl ad that encouraged people to visit a website. you would think a beer website would do well with the superbowl audience but it didnt.  since these ads cost about $85,000 per second I think the smart internet people working for those advertisers just shrug and go back to their well managed PPC and SEO campaigns that cost less than 1 second of superbowl airtime and generate more brand awareness and sales.
