As you mentioned you've being linking to a lot of the smaller, maybe not so well known blogs.

@NickWilsdon - dude wasn't a personal attack and wasn't calling you a whiner - just my way of encouraging you to step up to the plate. There is nothing wrong with constructive criticism. And absolutely nothing wrong with quality control either :)
But face it – people love lists, and if you someone “popular” in the community submits… You know the story.

I think thats half my problem - when I started out in SEO working on my own projects I was loving it. Now I can't seem to get as excited about building links companies that say:
"heres the $ rank my crap."
But it does provide a reliable income.
