I'm completely with wheel here. Mortgage terms in google.ca SERPs are no where near as difficult to rank for as with google.com SERPs. Hell...I'd love to be working in any other foreign market right now.

very interesting, i would tend to agree with most everything here, although I'm not sure things will move into such a robust direction so soon.

it sounds like a good idea in theory, but unless it were more on the secretive side, and the "guest list" were very limited, it could end up causing problems all across the board. but i'd love to attend something of the sort, that's for sure.
