How refreshing to see a social media case study that shows how someone overcame real-world obstacles with persistence and creativity online. It sure beats the common how-I-got-a-bazillion-links-in-a-fortnight posts that often are difficult to replicate for other businesses.
Good point. You may need to test to see if non-customers perform differently than those who've already found your site.
It's helpful to see a reputation management post that goes beyond the usual Google Alerts recommendation. I'd add Serph to the list of RSS-enabled options mentioned.
