I'm glad to see that this topic is interesting to you guys too.
UBM (User Behavior Metrics) might be a better way to define the scope of what we are talking about here. (mentioned above by theGypsy). For instance, I've always wondered whether the Google Analytics info is factored into the Organics....
And yes, I guess the big question for us SEO's is: "Can we game it"? And as with many of the SE's factors, the answer is a resounding "Yes!"
Anybody that would be interested in doing some testing to see if a high CTR on a site will boost it's rankings? I've got some ideas on how it could be tested... and then we can end this debate for the time being.
