if fact i don't know anything about that, i thought it will show all the links for a given site as many people like text-links-ad are using yahoo site explorer to find out how many links are there for a given web site.

Ｉdoubt the software can do any good for checking real paid link. everyone is using paid link ini certain degree. for example, yahoo directories, business.com, some directoreis, they are paid link.
so what's the point of having a software that detect pay links. I think google try to fear someone by saying "penalize on sites that offer pay links". since it tries to modified the search engine result just like google boombing on george bush website. So what's the point of having the software???
