skinner
I for one am getting tired of facebook for a long list of reasons--not least those silly applications. :(
I do so agree with you Barry. But I'm getting to the point where I'm thinking let's keep this thing to ourselves. It gives us such an advantage, lol.
I have a particular affinity for the truth. But who is going to decide what is truth and what is lies? I think this is an outrageous suggestion.
I'm with you Jill: truth is important to me and I don't care if I'm labelled a 'fundamentalist' because of it. But, on the other hand, I don't think there's much change of us all being tarred with the same brush. We're White Had, and lying is Black Hat.
Makes a lot more sense than the format that was designed for print doesn't it?
Good points Harith. It seems to me that Google is being deliberately unclear on this. If ever there's a seriously viable alternative to Google, I think we'll all be there like a shot don't you?
I'd say it was both--but luck doesn't come without the skill no matter what some people would have us believe. :)
Who needs to underline links when they're in a different color? Just cos some web designer says 'this is the way to do it' doesn't mean we all have to jump in line, lol.
Good, down-to-earth advice from someone who understands how to build a brand.
Yes that's funny baiduyou, and we all enjoy a good laugh, but seriously Google has the potential to be far more influential and therefore threatening than Murdoch ever has been. I'm thinking of removing my Google Toolbar and going with www.clusty.com, as I explained in my post the just yesterday. So far I really like this new search engine.
Yes, unfortunately we all start out with a huge dose of enthusiasm, but in the end we're vowing never to move Web hosts again--no matter what!
Some people don't seem to have even an iota of creativity. They'd have all been better off with a free template--even if they chose randomly.
Story: Are SEOmoz losing the plot?
I agree totally ciaran and Kalena, I was just coming in here to ask him what the heck he's talking about. I already told her on SEOmoz that she was more patient than I would have been. This is a very unfair post.

This is the first time I've laughed today (and it's nighttime here). Thanks northrock.

Very interesting deezin, I was just looking for something like this. Any recommendations for a site that lets you post videos to your blog?
That's really interesting Andrew, thanks. I was wondering about this myself earlier.
Personally I haven't seen any, but then I haven't looked (didn't occur to me), but folks over at SEO Best Practices have actually cited cases of spam.
Hmm. Well I did submit, but I have to admit that my blog has a DMOZ link without a submit. I hadn't realized how much bad feeling there is towards DMOZ though, until I commented on a thread over at Search Engine Best Practices. Over here seems even more interesting. :)
