I'm originally from Cleveland and heard the lines were outrageous. I'm not that up for some pizza but decent save by Papa John's a a good lesson learned.
I felt bad and actually emailed them about the mistake - they replied back with an apology lol.
Agree with the prevous comments - it depends on how it's utilized and what the person's actual job function is. If staying connected and communicating with industry leaders through Twitter will benefit them and their job, then go for it.
I'd throw in a threading feature a la - www.quotably.com. Save us the trouble from going to another site and helps us keep track of larger conversations with multiple people.
Also, an 'embed a tweet' option for the bloggers who have to constantly screencap a tweet. Not necessarily a necessity, but just some fun features, IMO.
