We all use tools at some level to help do our work. However, a tool can't substitute for good process & methodology...tools can only give us more information, if utilized properly, can enhance the end result.
While Chris is certainly one of the most visible people in our industry, anybody who puts the time and effort into Twitter can develop visibility and a large enough network to tap into effectively. It's isn't the size of the network that matters...it's the quality of it.
