Thanks a ton Gab. I'll check it out more in depth tomorrow and get back with a review :)
Nice Gab. :)
Hey... I was 23 at the bar too. lol.
Anyways... should be 21st next time around.
Interesting. Curious how this will progress, mostly to the point of implementing the same thing on one of my sites :p
Good point though Gab, fixing this kind of issue should be a top priority
Great writeup Gab.. I promise I'm getting back to you on that interview, just swamped!
Great point - Directed stumbling is the only kind I really do, allows me to tag and build up things i'm interested in by category.
Thank's for the great post again guys. I just printed this out and put it up on the wall!
I really do like the idea of your site, but I have to say I'm not much of a fan for the design.
You really may want to consider a more eye-appealing design for conversion purposes.
Wow... That's all that needs to be said. If you're in the internet business in any way, shape, or form and you don't read this... then you should just quit.
Thanks!
Thanks a lot for the great interview Viper - I'd love to sit down and talk with you being a young SEM myself at SMX, if you're going to be there.
Story: SEM's Midlife Crisis
great article, thanks. it's a good perspective from an older SEO, very nice to read being young in the industry.
scottclark, I'm very interested to talk to you about using query generated text.
It should be easy to integrate something like this into your CMS system and have it automatically generate a relevant link and/or article variation depending on how your site has been reached to view that specific article...
Is this really worth the extra time / article spinoffs you may never index?
For some reason an article on a blog site that does not load particularly fast is a funny source on how to increase your speed! lol
In all reality, you're right... but there's never just one solution. How do you make sure your site loads fast? Find someone saavy to make sure it's all working correctly instead of wasting time troubleshooting something you know nothing about. :)
Hey...
First post here.
Excellent article though, I've just started a job this month as the Online Marketing Manager for a financial services internet company in Florida. I'm loving it and it could not be more of a job than anything else if you ask me.
Long live the SEO Kings.
:)
